In the second quarter of 2025, the top navigation and maps applications on the Android platform in Ireland exhibited varied performance trends. Here's a closer look at the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

TFI Live from National-Transport-Authority maintained a steady presence with weekly downloads fluctuating around 3K, peaking at 3.5K by the end of June. The app's active user base saw a gradual decline from 194K to 166K throughout the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced consistent weekly downloads, reaching a high of 3.3K at the end of the quarter. Active users showed an overall upward trend, increasing from 62K to 64K.

Google Earth by Google LLC had modest download numbers, with a slight drop towards the end of the quarter, reaching 741. However, the app saw a significant rise in weekly active users, climbing from 13.6K to 17.9K.

Easy Rout Map: Navigation Path demonstrated stable performance with downloads around 300 weekly. Active users increased from 1.2K to 1.5K, indicating growing engagement.

Satellite View - Maps - Radar showed notable growth in weekly downloads, especially in early May with a peak of 937. Active users also saw a rise, reaching 968 by the end of June.
